# Family and/or Support System

> Family and support system involvement codes for ACT and Ascent surveys

**Field format:** `9(2)` -- two-digit numeric string
**Valid values:** `01`-`04`

| Code | Status |
| - | - |
| `01` | Yes (F/SS are involved) |
| `02` | No (F/SS are not involved) |
| `03` | Client declined F/SS involvement |
| `04` | Contraindicated |
