# Discharge Type

> Treatment discharge type codes for CoBHRM

**Field format:** `9(2)` -- two-digit numeric string
**Valid values:** `01`-`03`

| Code | Type |
| - | - |
| `01` | Treatment Completed At This Facility |
| `02` | Transferred or referred to another substance use treatment program |
| `03` | Treatment Not Completed At This Facility |

> If Discharge Type is `03` (Treatment Not Completed), the End of Treatment Reason field becomes required.
