Welcome

The Colorado Behavioral Health Reporting Model (CoBHRM) defines the standardized format for submitting behavioral health data to the Colorado Behavioral Health Administration (BHA). CoBHRM replaces two legacy reporting instruments:
  • CCAR (Colorado Client Assessment Record) — mental health treatment data
  • DACODS (Drug and Alcohol Coordinated Data System) — substance use disorder (SUD) treatment data
This documentation provides complete specifications for CSV-based data imports, including field definitions, validation rules, and example files.
For BHASO providers: This site is BHA’s canonical reference for the CoBHRM data model. If you are submitting CoBHRM data through a BHASO, refer to the import documentation available in Signal Unity for system-specific formatting, submission workflows, and validation details.
