Multi-select race classification codes for CoBHRM

Field format: x(50) — semicolon-space delimited list of codes Valid values: 01-05, 96, 98-99

The RACE field accepts multiple values separated by ; (semicolon and space).

04	Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander
05	White/Caucasian
96	Asked but unknown
98	Declined
99	Unknown

Validation Rules

1. Cannot be blank, space, null, or empty
2. Each code in the delimited list must match a value from the table above
3. Codes 96, 98, and 99 should generally be used alone (not combined with substantive race codes)
