Many CoBHRM fields originate from the federal Treatment Episode Data Set (TEDS). The tables below map each CoBHRM field to its TEDS source — section number, page number, and whether Colorado uses the TEDS value set as-is or modified it.

• Exact — Same concept and code set. CoBHRM uses YYYY-MM-DD date format where TEDS uses MMDDYYYY, but the data is the same.
